2008 Campaign Kickoff

Business representatives, Agency Directors and Board Members gathered September 18, 2007 for the annual Kickoff Breakfast. Board President, Dr. Michael Weber welcomed guests. VP/Campaign Chris Rasmussen encouraged everyone to run a successful campaign. He announced the Campaign Goal of $180,000. Executive Director, Kathie Schaefer presented the Campaign Powerpoint and encouraged businesses and agencies to use the presentation as part of their Kickoff. Campaign materials were distributed.

Monies raised will be used to support sixteen programs administered by sixteen Ozaukee County health and human service agencies. The United Way is committed to working toward:

  • Nurturing children and families
  • Helping the elderly remain independent
  • Removing barriers to the disabled
  • Helping when misfortune strikes
