Girl Scouts of Manitou CouncilPartner since 1950 Girl Scouts of Manitou is the largest girl-serving organization in the Lake Michigan western shoreline area. One in every three girls in every elementary school in Ozaukee County is a Girl Scout. More than half of those elementary aged Girl Scouts then continue in Girl Scouting through their middle school and high school years. All these Girl Scouts are guided by more than 350 volunteers who have gone through extensive background checks and training to provide the Girl Scout program to girls.
