Big Brothers Big Sisters

Big Brothers Big Sisters
Partner since 1979

Our partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters is a testament to our commitment to nurturing our youth's mental health. This collaboration allows us to connect our youth with caring mentors,   who are positive role models doing incredible work. They help children build resilience and confidence as they navigate their life journey, and the impact of this partnership is truly remarkable.

United Way of Northern Ozaukee-Funded Program: Match Me Program

The Match Me Program is not just another youth development initiative. It's a proven best practice that recruits, matches, and supports youth, ages 5-17, who are identified as being at a higher risk of academic and/or social failure, to caring volunteer mentors. What sets us apart is our tailored approach-we serve children within a community-based or school-based service area, based on their specific needs. In the community-based service area, mentors spend a minimum of three hours, twice a month, with the youth in the community. In the school-based service area, mentors meet with youth one hour a week at the student’s school.

Mission

To create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.
