Thank you to all of the golfers and sponsors of the 16th Annual Ozaukee Autumn Open “Scrambling for Funds” golf outing! The 2023 outing raised a record-breaking $44,000, the most donations in the outing’s 16-year history.

The annual Ozaukee Autumn Open is a partnership between Ozaukee County and United Way of Northern Ozaukee to raise funds for Ozaukee county families who are struggling right here in our community. Dollars raised at the event are used to empower individuals with minimal resources and/or individuals experiencing life challenges with needed support when they are at most risk of more acute crisis.
In 2021, United Way of Northern Ozaukee made a commitment to have all funds donated to United Way events be applied toward our new collaborative program, the Community Services Navigator Program. Through partnerships with key social service agencies, we are positioned to more effectively identify and connect at risk families and individuals with personalized care and support.
The Community Services Navigator program was launched in July of 2022 and is being funded 100% by United Way of Northern Ozaukee. Under this new model, individuals and families will have access to a personalized care coordinator that will work with them to connect them to critical resources, remove barriers to access those resources, assist with goal setting for health and well-being, and support to make a long-term difference in their lives.
